Team building that feels like fun

Many team-building activities require individuals to perform, compete, or engage in exercises that can be uncomfortable. A tabletop RPG operates differently. Your team is presented with a shared scenario, a common goal, and the freedom to determine how to tackle it.

Some individuals naturally take the lead, while others observe, strategise, negotiate, ask questions, or devise an unexpectedly clever solution. There is space for various personalities without putting anyone in an awkward position.

The outcome is an experience that feels like a genuine game rather than just another workplace exercise. Your colleagues communicate and collaborate because they are eager to find out what happens next.

Don't just take our word for it.
Here's what our clients have to say:

Dayron is fantastic! From our very first session, he has helped a group of inexperienced beginners discover a love for this form of storytelling. His ability to portray different characters really immerses us in the narrative. His understanding of the game mechanics is excellent and has aided us all in learning the game. Overall, he is a wonderful person and feels like part of the family. I would recommend anyone interested in D&D or looking to give it a go: Dayron is the one for you!

Paulo

An incredible session! Everything was spot on. Béranger adapted brilliantly to our beginner level. He provided information whenever it was needed without steering our story too much. He was very friendly and encouraging. Everyone fully participated and left with a fantastic memory of the experience.

It was our first session, but we are all already considering doing another one!

Laura

We thoroughly enjoyed playing D&D for the first time. Prior to the game, Bowie provided us with ample information and responded to our queries promptly. The game itself was exceptionally well organised, allowing everyone the freedom to explore, ask questions, and engage in their own way. There was a significant difference in experience among our group of two adults and two 13-year-olds, but everyone had their moment to shine, and we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Sandra

A collective challenge that accommodates every personality

Tabletop roleplaying allows each participant to embody their own character, complete with unique abilities, information, and perspectives. The group progresses by sharing ideas and collaboratively deciding on their next steps.

This doesn’t mean that everyone must engage in the same manner. A quieter member might spot a crucial clue. A strategic thinker can devise a plan. A creative teammate may uncover an option that others have overlooked. Someone who typically takes charge might find that another individual has the perfect solution.

The Game Master ensures the narrative flows smoothly and provides every player with the chance to contribute. This fosters a balanced experience where the most vocal participant does not automatically dominate the entire session.

Put your own spin on the adventure

Every team is unique, and sometimes the occasion calls for something more tailored. If you have a theme, company milestone, inside joke, setting, or story idea in mind, we can adapt the session or create a custom adventure around it.

A team at a bank could engage in a high-stakes fantasy heist, while an arts organisation might play a story about struggling creators collaborating to reach the top. We can also incorporate familiar company references, departments, products, values, or details relevant to the occasion, provided they fit naturally into the narrative.

Customisation can be as simple as adjusting the theme or adding a few personal touches, or as extensive as crafting a completely original scenario. More elaborate custom sessions require additional preparation, so we will discuss the possibilities, timing, and cost with you beforehand. You can also explore our D&D one-shot adventures to get an idea of the settings and stories we offer.

A single table or a larger team event

A tabletop RPG is most effective with around four to six players per Game Master. This ensures that everyone receives adequate attention and has plenty of chances to participate.

For larger groups and corporate events, we can coordinate multiple Game Masters and split participants across several tables. Each group can embark on its own adventure, or the tables can be linked through a common theme or objective.

Sessions can be held at your office, event venue, retreat location, or online. Let us know your approximate group size and location, and we will assist in determining a suitable format.
